This forms a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ETS Cabs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to the website, mobile applications, and all related digital services.

D. User Eligibility and Account Management:-

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
• Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• ETS Cabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of false information or security breaches.

E. Service Usage Rules:-

1. Booking & Driver Assignment: Ride requests are subject to driver availability. Details are provided upon request acceptance.
2. Conduct: Users must comply with laws and behave respectfully during rides.
3. Identification: Valid ID may be required before accessing services.
4. Liability: We are not liable for delays or failures due to external factors.

F. Payments & Cancellation Policy:-

1. Fare Estimates & Payment: Fares are shown before booking. Final payment is made at ride completion via cash/card/digital payment.
2. Cancellations:
   • Before 4 hours: ₹100 fee; remaining credited as ride coupon.
   • Within 4 hours: No refund; full amount retained.
   • Driver Cancellations: Full advance charged for incorrect info or excessive delays.
   • Force Majeure: A ride voucher will be issued for unavoidable cancellations.

G. Limitation of Liability:-

ETS Cabs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or property. We only facilitate bookings and are not liable for third-party issues.

H. Force Majeure:-

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

I. Indemnification:-

Users agree to indemnify ETS Cabs and its affiliates against any claims or damages arising from misuse of services or violations of these Terms.

J. Modification & Termination of Service:-

ETS Cabs may alter or stop services at any time without liability. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations.

K. Intellectual Property:-

All content including logos and trademarks is owned or licensed by ETS Cabs. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

L. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:-

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar.

M. Notices:-

ETS Cabs may send notices via email, postal mail, or display updates on the website.

N. Disclaimer:-

Services are provided "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
